Steve Ashton (Level 3)

About me:

I starting coaching in 2004 in Exeter where the experience I gained over the 2 year period helped me to achieve a wide range of coaching skills, this enabled me to coach players from beginner to advanced levels. In March 2007 I achieved the Development Coach Award (DCA) a recognized qualification through the Lawn Tennis Association (LTA).

I am the Head Of Tennis at Exwick Tennis Club, i am responsible for the development of the tennis club and programme.

Matt Walton (Level 2)

About me:

I joined the Exwick coaching team in September 2022 I am a Level 2 coach.

My Role:

My role is to coach the Juniors at the club, help build the junior coaching programme whilst developing my coaching skills under the supervision of the head coach.

Nathan Lee (Level 2)

About me:

I started playing tennis in 2010 and I been competing in tennis from the start I love the sport and love to help players achieve their best.

My Role:

My role is to assist Steve & Matt in coaching the juniors. I like to bring a competitive, fun and engaging atmosphere where the players are developing at a fast rate in order to enjoy games and play points.
