What is Youth Start?
Youth Start is designed to help children who are new to tennis start playing, building their confidence and skills along the way.
Who is Youth Start suitable for?
The Youth Start programme is suitable for children aged between 4-11 years old who have never played tennis before.
What does the Youth Start programme include?
- Six top-class tennis sessions
- A Tennis Racket
- A Branded T-Shirt
- An enthusiastic coach who has attended a specific LTA Youth Start training course
When can you enrol ?
Sessions take place throughout the school term where children can enrol at any stage. Enrolments that take place towards the end of the term carry over to the start of the next term.
On completion of the 6 week course children will have the opportunity to continue with the tennis by joining the tennis club and enrolling onto the remainder of the coaching term.
Try before you book ! We do offer taster sessions prior to enrolment, taster sessions cost £7 to register your child for their taster session see Junior tennis coaching taster sessions
How to enrol:
We have spaces available on all courses this summer term so please complete the course & kit bundle enrolment form & arrange payment to the tennis club account (payment info set out below ),you will then receive an email from the tennis club confirming your child's place on the course.
If you have chosen the "Collection at first session" option on the form above our coaching team will have your child/s tennis bundle ready for collection at their first session.
If you have chosen our "Home Delivery" option our bookings team will send your tennis bundle directly to you in the post.

If you have enrolled through the LTA Play website you will still need to complete the course and kit enrolment form above. Enrolments through the LTA website automatically include delivery, if you wish to choose our "Collection at their first session" option at this stage please select this option when completing the form above and our bookings team will be in touch to arrange a refund on the delivery.
